Premier One is committed to providing a unique approach to managing high premiums, large insurance renewals, high deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums. With innovative problem solving and extensive industry knowledge, we help our small business partners take control of health care costs and have the peace of mind that comes with knowing their employees’ health is protected.

Affordable health insurance for small businesses

Premier One is a veteran-owned business established to help businesses with 50 or fewer employees find affordable health insurance options that fit their budget. We also assist with establishing supplemental health insurance options, including dental, vision and life insurance.

Our work does not end with finding health insurance for our small business partners. We also serve as a third-party administrator, or TPA, and can assist employees with paying for individual Marketplace premiums through payroll deduction. Our team will guide each employee through selecting individualized health care coverage, and then work with the employer to set up payroll deductions to pay their premiums.
